Life- The ticks of a Clock!

Clock is the most wonderful invention of science. You may have a notion why I am saying this. Perhaps some of you may disagree with this for it does nothing special but ticks being hung on a wall or the smaller one- watch as we call it being tied to someone’s wrist, in pocket or at the top of a tower in a city.
Thanks to its inventor for this great discovery. At the time of invention of clock, he wouldn’t have thought about the analogy being created flanked with his this experiment. He was merely trying to device a machine that would relate the day and night so that every one of us could have an idea about the moments of the day passed or left. However, after its invention as it happens with every other new invention controversies started emanating and people started gauging the pros and cons of clock.
Talking about the life of a clock, you buy a new one, install a battery or wind the spring in the automatic one. The moment you switch it on, it starts ticking. The three hands in it start moving at their own speeds. However, somewhat related to each other. What it relates to is an important entity, incorporeal yet the most tangible, TIME.
Let’s unveil the mystery which I am taking about the analogy of the clock. Being one of the great inventions is not only that it keeps us notified and apprise about the moments in space but also because it depicts the world pertaining to every individual. Yes! Your, your friends, friend of your friend, my...everyone’s world is confined in this wonderful clock.Inadvertently, the circular shape of the clock is more or less similar to the shape of the earth. But its functions and movements are closely related to the inhabitants of the latter. As soon as an individual takes birth its heart closely interrelated with other body parts starts functioning. Isn’t it the case with clock also? The second-hand in the clock moves same as a heart beats. Even our heartbeat is counted in relation to the seconds or minutes of the clock. Now if we closely relate the world in the clock, the second-hand is nothing but the people around an individual in this world. They are continuously moving with their own pace. Now another cardinal point! I don’t have much idea why the second-hand in the clock is the thinner among all three but yes for an individual, horde of other people in the world are but as thin as second-hand to closely notice the movement of each person of this world. We hardly care about how they are moving as we have our own chores and tasks to be done. We need to complete our own circle round the clock in 12 hours. Even others don’t care about your movement. One thing clear from the movement of the second hand is that it always moves faster and will over take you so many times till you reach your destination. Even for irrepressible causes if you stop in your way for some time, you get dysfunctional in your way or something else impedes you, the other hands may not necessarily stop for you.
There is another part inside the dial of a clock- The Minute Hand. It is the group of people who are somewhat closer to you. They are relatively slower than the other people of the world. They do overtake you but lesser than those composed in the second-hand of your world. They are more closely related to you. After all by the time a second-hand overtakes you 60 times, they will do only once. Or in other way, 60 rotations of them would also move you one step further in your journey. They have some sympathy, empathy and compassion for you. They have some effect on you and vice-versa.
Now I hope it is more or less clear about the analogy that how this visibly small but enormous clock relates to your world in every way. What not pertaining to yourself you can find being depicted by the clock? You have your goals in life, so are the 12 numerals in the dial of a clock. Sometimes you feel sad, dejected, or the things in your life halts, they are depicted by the technical defect in the clock. Some of your problems are solvable, it happens with the clock too. You are happy at some moment, it is only important to you. Others perhaps meet you and celebrate and felicitate you. Your entanglements, dejections, disappointments, everything can be found happening in the clock too. If sometimes you feel sad, the world would hardly stops for you. Even if you see that your clocks stopped working, remember that there are hordes of other clocks which will keep on moving on their pace.
So going in the same way a clock works, if at some unfortunate time you feel sad or demoralized, don’t stop for much time and wait for someone else to console you as they will but stop for very less time( may be just for overtaking you). No matter even if you are hour-hand ( the slowest one), diminutive in the world, you need to keep moving with your own pace achieving your own goals because in this vast world the time is noted only related to the hour hand and then the minute hand. Most of the times everyone of us ignores the seconds while noting the time of a clock. Also, minute hand and second hand cannot depict time alone. Every moment of time in the clock is noted related to the hour hand. It is the cardinal part of the clock. So are you in your world. Hence my dear friends, keep on moving in your life your own way hitting your targets after every hour and remember that even if you stop for some time in this world your own, the time would be 7 hours and 20 minutes and not 20 minutes and some seconds!
